Creating a new extension and configuring a 5330e for that extension

Hello!

Someone recently left our company, and I need to give a new hire that person's old phone.  I have created a new user, extension, and mailbox for that person.  I just need to figure out how to point the phone from the old extension to the new one.  I promise I tried searching first!  I just don't know the exact phrase I'm searching for (extension swap, phone extension programming, etc.).  Any help would be appreciated, including if I need to set up more than just the user, ext, and mailbox for the new person!

Go to IP Settings on the old device and delete the MAC address (or change it to 08:00:0F:00:xx:xx where xx:xx is the extension number, that is my recommendation) then go to the new extension and put the MAC address of the phone into that device's IP settings, reboot the phone and away you go.
