Changing Hold Time (Callback)
« on: April 23, 2013, 04:42:33 PM »
Hello,

I am kinda new to administering our Mitel 3300 so bear with me :)

Users are complaining that if they put the caller on hold for more than 1 minutes, they get a callback. How can you disable that feature or change the timer (please provide a detailed description of where that settings is)

Thanks!

Class of service options for the phones. Call hold timer. Blank (not 0 but nothing in the box) turns it off, no recall ever. otherwise put a time in, say 180 for three minutes. Max is 600 seconds (10 minutes).
