5330 sets

any body knows why cannot active call forwarding profile from 5330 sets, from 5212 it is working fine, COR & COS are same as 5212 sets but from 5330 sets i cannot?

Try setting the two HCI/CTI/TAPI options to allow in COS.  ;D

Attached the MSG given  , while enabling two features!

ok, in the license & options selection form, at the bottom, make sure you have 'MiTAI/TAPI Computer Intergration to 'Yes' If this is set to 'No' it will need a reboot to take effect.
