We have done multiple sites across a LAN and all went well. A local FTP server would help limit traffic across a WAN but not sure its really necessary. I guess it depends on bandwidth.

Upgraded 5.0 MXE to 6.0 general release and had issues. Mitel said it caused errors w systems w redundant drives. So now we were told to downgrade to 5.0. Maybe the new release corrects it. Just be aware.

Hmmm... I have upgraded at least two controllers with redundant drives from 5.0 to 6.0 with no issues. What kind of problems are you seeing?
