I have the latest version of Mitel Collaboration Advanced. This morning we had a all staff meeting and I chose to record everything and instead of saving to computer I thought it would be great to save it to the collaboration server. Worked, however, it appears I can only record up to 1 hour. Recording said stopped on the phone call, so I had to start a new one. So now on the collaboration server I see the published recording, part 1 and part 2. How can I edit the length of recordings.
Also, is there a way to download the recording from the collaboration server or am I best to continue to record on the PC and then put the file on a network share?
