Mitel Embedded Voicemail Email and Visual Mail CID Issue

Okay we upgraded a site to 6.0 and the customer is complaining that the Visual Voicemail used to show the Caller ID of Internal and External calls and now it doesn't. What would be changed that could cause this to happen?

Also they wanted email forwarded out to their email, which is working, but they want the Caller ID of the caller to show up in the email. Is this possible to do as well or could it be the same issue?

Alright I figured out what had happened. These Class of Service settings needed to be turned on.

COS VM Ports
Display
>ANI DNIS ISDN Calling/Called Number
>Display ANI/ISND Calling Number Only
>Display Caller ID on Multicall/Key Lines
