Mitel NuPoint Call Flow

Can't get the tree to allow callers to dial an extension after the default message is played. Any ideas?

Do you have multi key set to transfer as an option?

What exactly happens when you try to use the call flow?  Does it sound like it's trying?

dialing an extension requires multi key.
