Hi everyone,
Is there a way to get automatically a call on hold back on the 5550 IP? Like a pop up or something?
I have the call wait timer on the COS set on 30 seconds. On the attendant software on "Queued calls" I have the "Parked calls" timer set also to 30 seconds, but anytime a call is put on hold, it remains there without a warning to the receptionists.
Is this possible?
