I haven't seen this one before so I thought I'd bounce it off the group.
I have a user (actually a sales rep in our office) that has a DECT wireless handset and headset.
Here's what happens. He answers the call on his handset, then switches to his headset by taking it out of the cradle.
If he does that within 10 seconds, it transfers to the headset just fine.
If he talks to the user on his handset for >10 - 15 seconds, when he transfers to his headset it disconnects the call.
Anyone seen this before?
