call forward

Hi all,

I was new here, i got an issue that when user receive a call, he didnt want to answer it, then he press call forward, it will automatically forward to operator. Is there any way..i can change it back that he press forward me..it will route to her secretary?

I would say that you need to change the extensions 1st Alt RR to point to a different number.

I thought it was determined by the call forward busy FAC or call forward no answer FAC.

I seem to recall it works when destination is set but the forwarding is inactive.

Thanks, but i cant found area which allow me to set it on 3300, I would like to make it works that if user press forward call, it will forward to his secretary extension.

setting the call forwards are set by FAC (feature access codes) on the handset (MCD 5 now allows you to program from the web interface)

call rerouting is different again but its effects are the same/similar (we a few different options)  but he programmed very differently (which is what martyn was referring to)

Actually yes I stand corrected. That should teach me for replying whilst watching a training video!   :D
