Call forwarding CLID

Hi All, We have a problem at a site with CLID.

- An incoming call will display caller ID.
- A call transfer will display the caller ID.
When the transfer is unanswered it's programmed to bounce to reception through call rerouting and we get no clid on the bounced call. We just see the Start number of our ISDN 100 number range.

I've checked CoS and think I've set everything correctly.

Display Held Call ID on transfer . Yes
Display Transfer Destination on Recall . Yes
Hot Desk External User - Display Internal Calling ID . Yes
Maintain Ringing Party During Recall . Yes

Any suggestions?
