Paging issue

Hi all

Wondering if anyone can help. My phone vendor and Mitel have been looking into the issue with no luck.

We are having issues with paging from our dect cordless phones where the page audio is broken and stuttery. Paging from desk phones is fine.

Mitel MXe-III with software 11.0.1.26 (5.0 SP1 PR1)
Mitel IP-DECT Base IPBS2[5.0.11], Bootcode[5.0.11], Hardware[IPBS2-D3/1B1]
Mitel 5603 DECT Cordless handsets
Redback mixer and amplifier (but issues occures when you plug a headset into the paging port)



Previously we were running the following kit with no issues.
Mitel MXe-III with software 11.0.1.26 (5.0 SP1 PR1)
Ascom IP-Desct Base IPBS[4.1.24], Bootcode[4.1.24], Hardware[IPBS1-A3/5A]
Combination of Mitel 5603 DECT Cordless handsets and Ascom d41 handsets
Redback mixer and amplifier

so the difference is IP-DECT base, the Mitel IP-DECT base is just a rebranded ascom base of a newer model.

My phone vendor has tried every combination of codecs and packet size with no fix. They have sent numrious traces and logs back to Mitel with no success.
