5302 set

i am new to forum like to help from yours,
i am having 5302 sets i found that sometimes i caant use those sets, because sometimes when i dialing from it it gets disconnect, but from the system it shows inservices.
Does anyone know what will be the issues?

Other than the sets suck IMHO what release of software are you running?

System R8.0.7.16_2 and the phones configured with DHCP, i tried with satic and it was same.

Any chance you can get the software upgraded to a later version? (I sound like Mitel tech support right now)
