so i talked to our phone vendor about ordering 7 ip device licenses.. they ordered it through (MCD?) something like that and they said the licenses were there and ready to sync... so i retrieved the new licensing information and called to verify it synced since the device licenses did not change, she said it did and they should be there.. so my question is when i ordered they said we needed 7 enterprise licenses since that was the new ip device license from mitel.. even though in the system it still has ip device license purchased, used, etc...
anyone know of an issue here so i can call them back.. hopefully w/o being charged a service call. haha..
