I have a SX 200 ICP (latest version) with PMS enabled and a IP console 5540. Just to let u know I'm brand new to the SX 200 so forgive my ignorance. My problem is that there is no wake up call button anywhere on the console. My thought is that is not available when PMS in enabled. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Mitel Forums! I think we can be of some assistance with this!

That function is most definitely available (or should be in a properly configured system), some functions of the console are lost when going to PMS integration but none you should need anymore, and certainly not this one!

Function - Guest Room - Dial Room Number - Set Wake Ups, you should be able to get it from there...

Geez... don't Mitel dealers train people how to do this stuff anymore or give any user guides?
