Tenanting and Multiple MOH's
« on: September 13, 2012, 01:52:55 PM »
Guys - after a bit of help.

3300 help file states that each Tenant can have it's own MOH source, which looks fine in programming. Trouble is, this particular customer wants 6 x Tenants and only has one Euro ISDN30 connected to the 3300. Are they going to be able to have seperate MOH per tenant or not as help file also suggests that the Trunk Group comes into the equation?

Thanks in advance

I haven't looked at this in a while but I think you have to use the embedded MOH files to do it and you should be able to enable the local MOH source on the COS of each tenant.

If I am wrong would someone please correct me?

Since we're on the subject of MOH, you can pick up a "Beep Tone" here for the 3300.
