i need a software for showing "who is talking now", like "call status" in "avaya"

It's a bit cumbersome but you can try "Stat 1".
It will show you all the PLIDs and what state they are in.
Once you know the busy PLID you can enter "loc plid <PLID>" and it will show you the extension number.

You could use the IP Phone Analyser, It is included within the MCD software package.

You could use the IP Phone Analyser, It is included within the MCD software package.

I've never used that piece of software but don't you have to change your DHCP options and then reboot the phones to make that work?
