My end customer is looking to do integration between UCA and their home-grown CRM product. Essentially what they want is screen-pop based off of caller id.
They installed the SDK and compiled a test program that is included with it, but say the test program isn't working. It will see an inbound call, but won't report the caller id.
Unfortunately as much as I'd actually like to look at this project, we have several multi-site installs going on and can't devote any man power at the moment to looking into it. Was just hoping to find some resources for them until the schedule clears in a few weeks.
