Automated system

Hi,

our mitel 3300 system used to have an automated system that would direct incomming calls to diffrent departments but some time ago it was disabled and once again no one knows how or who by.

how would i go about restoring this system?

Are you using embedded voice mail or NuPoint?

do you have voicemail programming on your 3300 or do you go to a separate interface to make changes?

to make any changes to the system or to reset a voicemail password i have to use the 3300 interface

What type of trunks do you have? That will determine the easiest way to turn this back on.
