UCA Softphone Hanging

Has anyone seen an issue with UCA 5.0 softphone locking up when trying to hang up a call.
When this happens the user has to reboot the PC to get working again.

Haven't come across it, but at the same time I haven't had much time to play with UCA 5 recently.

Does it show anything in the sipsubscriber and uc logs when the system does come back up again?

Where do I find the sipsubscriber and UC logs?   Server or client PC?

The two files live on the client PC.
On the client machine if you go to start and then run and put in
Code: [Select]
%appdata%\Mitel\UCThat will take you to the folder that the two live in. If you look at the sipsubscriber file that has all of the information in it.

I find it best to delete or rename this file with UCA closed and then start UCA up and duplicate the problem. When you start UCA up it will re-create a new file that wont have the last umpteen days of logs in it for you to wade through.
