3-way calling on Mitel systems
« on: May 30, 2012, 03:45:29 AM »
Hi All

Quick question around 3-way calling (dialing from a 5312 IP phone, using the transfer button to connect two other parties into your call).  Is this a standard feature of Mitel or is it somethiong that needs to be enabled in the MCD?

Reason I ask is that it works on my Mitel 3300 MXe system but on a 3300 CX 2 controller at a different site for some reason it's not working.

You can have up to 8 people in a conference.
Most commonly, if it's not working, the settings in the system options form is incorrect.
Look in the system options form and check the settings for max users in a conf, max co trunks in a conf.
