I am looking for anyone that may have recently upgraded from 4 to 5 in a clustered environment as a case study. Any caveats, issues, changes in functionality. If you previously used Eman/Opsman, what were any significant changes in administration?

What kind of information are you after exactly? Your question is quite broad but obviously has a reasoning behind it. Your VAR should be able to give you a features list for MCD 5 and compare with what you use now to what new features you can take advantage of after an upgrage.

I haven't come across a need for a case study for an upgrade from 4 to 5 before as the upgrade doesn't remove features or functions just providing you with bug fixes and some new features.
