[grandstream ata with mitel] call forwarding

Good day,

First off all sorry for my bad english but i will try to explain it as good as possible.

I have a question about the call transering with a DECT phone in combination with a HT702 ata.
We are using an mitel controller. And on some places they need a analag phone. This is why we have an HT702 to test if this will work.

At this moment we can make phone calls and also transfer an call with the R function on the phone. But when the other side picks it up and hang up again, we are unable to get the other line back...

So here is an example

I am person A, with the dect telephone that is connected with the HT702.
Person B is calling and ask if i can transfer to person C.
I press on the R (hook flash) and call person C. Person C is telling me the answer and is saying that he don't have time. And hangs up. Now i need to transfer back to person B. And this is not working. I cannot go back to person B.

Can anyone help me with this?

The settings for hook flash are:
Hook Flash Timing:      In 40-2000 milliseconds range, minimum: 40        maximum:  500
On Hook Timing:      (In 40-2000 milliseconds range, default is 400)

the problem is, i cannot go back the the original caller. that is the whole problem

What is the hook flash timing of the cordless phone?  I sometimes see these default to 600 ms, which your ata may see as a hangup.

You could also try (experiment with) "brokers call" enabled in COS.   Be sure to create a new COS to try this with.
