Not what I meant.
When the phone is ringing, what button is it?
I'll need to know the phone model and the counting from the botton up what button is it?  Button 1, 2, 3 etc.

Also - It's ringing on one persons phone as said before, but it's not coming through on button 4(9 from the bottom) on the phone anymore, it's coming through as if someone were calling them directly.

Not sure if that's any help

Right, ok.

I think all i need to do now is delete the phone as the keys are deleted, but as stated before, the option you asked me to look for wasn't there. it seems like we're so close yet so far - and now i have an added problem with the user in question not knowing if someone's calling her direct, or calling the line we now want to cancel.
