Outlook Voice Access (OVA) - MITEL 3300

(1/1)

steverowlands:
Hi guys,

We're looking at running Outlook Voice Access (OVA) in conjunction with the 3300. Can anyone advise on how to:

(1) Setup a pilot number
(2) Forward all calls incoming on the pilot number (our Subscriber Access Number extension) to the Exchange UM Server's IP address

Any help will be welcomed  :D

ralph:
Just went through this exersie.
My roll was to program the 3300.  The exchange stuff is still black magic to me.

Set up your SIP trunk group and point a number to it.
Program a speed dial to go to the SIP route.
Forward your phones to the speed dial.

ralph:
There is a "How To Guide" on MOL.   It's too large for me to upload here so if you don't have access PM me with your email and I'll try to email it too you.
