Outlook Voice Access (OVA) - MITEL 3300
(1/1)
steverowlands:
Hi guys,
We're looking at running Outlook Voice Access (OVA) in conjunction with the 3300. Can anyone advise on how to:
(1) Setup a pilot number
(2) Forward all calls incoming on the pilot number (our Subscriber Access Number extension) to the Exchange UM Server's IP address
Any help will be welcomed :D
ralph:
Just went through this exersie.
My roll was to program the 3300. The exchange stuff is still black magic to me.
Set up your SIP trunk group and point a number to it.
Program a speed dial to go to the SIP route.
Forward your phones to the speed dial.
