ACD path or no path?

I have a customer that wants a solution that I am not too sure how to solve so I have come here for advice.

The issue is that in Night1 some of the calls are routed to a single spectra link phone and sometimes the phone is busy, (go figure) but the owner does not want the calls to go to voicemail. The ideal solution would be some sort of ACD path, but there are concerns that the personnel would not remember to log in.

Any ideas on how to make a pseudo path? Or an alternative solution that may work?

Set up an MCD hunt group with the spectalink as the only member.  Add RADS to the group.  With RADS, the hunt group is never busy.
