Hi Friends,
Our attendant use a Mitel 5540 Console, after restarting the 5540 console, it turns system service to Night1 and attendant status to Absent  :-[
Is there any remedy to prevent above mentioned changes ???
I mean I wanna system keep it's previous service status (e.g Day)  after restating attendant console.

Thank you in advance

No

Anytime the last console is put out of service the system will change to night1 and the default state for a console when it comes into service is operator absent.

The only way to resolve that is to have another console - somewhere.   It doesn't have to be used, it just has to be active.

Why is the console going out of service?
