After installing 3300ICP with 4.1 the IP Phones message key Not working. we need to dial Voice mail Hunt Group Number then  we can access . Is there programming steps ?

when you say its not working. do you mean it doesn't flash or it flashes but when you press it nothing happens?

its flash message waiting lamp but when we press message key it does not work. ?

Hi Sant

You just need to tell visual voicemail about the voicemail huntgroup. You programme the Visual Voicemail Huntgroup in the voicemail form.

Goto a user -> Voicemail tab -> Visual Voicemail Huntgroup, pop in the voicemail huntgroup (usually 5555) save.

You can range programme this for all mailboxes via the voicemail form one tested working.

That should do the trick.

  Holy crap.  You mean for all these years I've been putting a speeddial to VM on phones, and instead I could have used the message key.  Feeling like a moron here......
