Just to add to this. If the customer requires a 24 hour time format. System options form Set system option Multiline Set Display 24 Hour Format to yes

Hi,
My experience with a Mitel Cx3300 controller, we have Cisco 7960 SIP enabled handsets connected to the PBX. The 7960 devices stopped showing the time. I then configured the Mitel to use a local NTP server on my network . I enabled NTP , inserted the correct IP , checked the time zone GMT+2 and saved it. We are based in Johannesburg South Africa.
I noticed the Mitel controller changed the time to -4 hours to what it should be. On closer investigation I changed the time zone to Africa/Johannesburg and saved it and the Mitel then displayed the correct time , as well as the Cisco handsets displaying the correct time as well.
Interesting GMT+2 is our correct time zone. If you check GMT+2 time , it is now 09:21am , the time I am writing this post.
Does the Mitel require that you select time zone/city?

YOU CAN SET YOUR PC AS NTP SERVER USING meinberg NTP server
AND SYNC Mitel 3300 with your pc ip address and selcet your region
my question can i disable DST on mitel beacuse our government canceled working with DST

ralph:
This is from the help files:

--- Quote ---The form supports synchronization of system date and time and automatic adjustment for Daylight Savings Time based on the zoneinfo database and Network Time Protocol (NTP) servers.
--- End quote ---

Based on that, I believe that DTS is optioned in your NTP server, not the PBX.
