I manage a PBX made up of 4 3300 controllers and approx 12 fiber distributed peripheral nodes. We had SX2000 controllers until last October and then upgraded to the 3300 and the NuPoint messaging server. I am having a bunch of instances when a call will randomly route immediately to VM even when the analog keyset is not in use and then there is no message waiting notification sent to the keyset. This is not a new problem but is reported to me as having been occurring for many years. Does anyone have any insight into the cause of this and possible solutions?
