UCX and Windows Embedded 7

Does anyone know if UCX will work on Windows Embedded Standard 7. It is a Wyse terminal and the UCX installation is local.

I have managed to get it installed but when I put in the settings and run a test it comes up saying connected to the 3300 and returns the IP address for the phone, but then says Attempt to connect timed out without establishing a connection.

Alternativly can it be used via Citrix. I can get it to work on Citrix but cant get the toolbar to appear on the local machine.

Any help would be greatfully apreciated.

Not sure about Win Embedded 7, but this lot is supported-

• Windows XP Profession 32 bit
• Windows XP Profession 64 bit
• Windows Vista Business 32 bit
• Windows Vista Business 64 bit
• Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services 32 bit
• Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services 64 bit
• Windows 7 32 bit
• Windows 7 64 bit

Thanks, I can get it to work on every other o/s just not win 7 embedded version.

You might run into problems with Citrix if you have more than one server / use roaming profiles.  I could never get the password details to save as each user changed server, added to which i needed a script to copy the files for the configuration as it wasn't part of the roaming profile.

It is not supported with Roaming profiles so if this is what your terminal uses then it will not work.
