Trusted Certificate Error when attempting an internal video call
« on: February 03, 2012, 01:37:41 PM »
After a recent reconfigure by our Mitel installer, I am just now re-testing Video call internally.  This is something that was working.

The error is:

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException No trusted certificate found

This appears to be some kind of certificate issue, perhaps SSL ?  Interestingly, I have another question posted about generating a self cert within the server manager.  It doesn't recognize DC as a state (of course, neither does the rest of the country).

Anyone encounter this issue or have a clue how to address it?  Wild guesses accepted.

Figured it out.  The collaboration link on the UCA server was set to awc.domain.local and needed to be changed to awc.domain.org

https://awc.domain.local/axis2-AWC/services/AWC_Commands

https://awc.domain.org/axis2-AWC/services/AWC_Commands

I actually ended up purchasing one SSL cert for the AWC server and a free 90 day SSL for the UCA server (they're different boxes).  That did not fix the problem, but it did generate a more helpful error, which ultimately helped me find the misconfig that wasn't changed when we changed the names of the hosts.
