UC 360
« on: December 13, 2012, 10:27:29 AM »
Has anyone installed any of the UC 360 endpoints yet? I have two on my desk right now that I am about to play with, after I find the docs and figure out what I have to do.

Just wondering what experiences others have had.

They are pretty and much larger than I expected.

These things are pretty simple to setup. Only problem is that if you get the video enabled ones they currently don't work out of the box. You must upgrade to 1.0 SP1, or at least that was the only way I was able to get them to work. They wouldn't validate the license files due to incorrect time/date. Worked fine after upgrading.

I'm waiting for a couple of test units to come in to have a play with and send to a customer to trial to look at replacing Polycoms.

I think they work pretty well myself.

I have set them up on our inhouse Mitel 5000 beta v6.0 system and it is only uses the voice for now, I now there is a new SP2 coming out in Jan. Do to making outbound calls that the unit would reboot but IC calls work fine
