Call Accounting

Chakara:
  I'm looking for recommendations for a call accounting package for a very small install (13 phones).  The 2 I have found and am considering now are Hansen's CASH+ and Micro-Tel's Microcall.

  Any opinions - good and/or bad on these?

I have customer with the MicroCall and they seem to like it. Otherwise we usually recommend Tality by Trysis. I'm not sure about cost, but I know its not too bad.
