One of our sales reps caught me with this question:

We have a new customer that we are replacing a Cisco Call Manager with a Mitel 3300 solution. They have several ATA 186 and VG248 units that we would like to reuse. Has anyone been successful installing either of these units using SIP?

If so, what is required and how was it programmed?

I'm always glad to relieve a customer of their CM burdens but I haven't used a Cisco ATA 186 on a Mitel 3300 yet.   Has anyone done this?
