Class of Restriction
« on: December 08, 2011, 01:05:24 AM »
Hi -

I have Mitel 3300ICP. The PABX was configured long before and I dont have any documentation. While I check on the system, there is class of restriction defined (1-6). Now how can I find out that what no. means what restriction. (for eg. 1 for inside pabx only, 2 for local, 3 for international... something like this)

Please help me ...

Regards,
Krishol

you'd better check ARS forms to understand it,
for example if COR group number1 is 1-6,  and in ARS routs form there is a rout with routing medium blank and COR group number 1, it may has be defined just for local calls.

generally for understanding COR you need ARS forms.

The members of the group, in your case 1-6, are the ones being restricted. You would look at the individual users to determine what COR they are assigned, then look at the COR groups to see if they are members.
