Group setup
« on: October 10, 2011, 03:22:57 PM »
Any idea on how to set up the following -

We have a  group of 4 extensions

They want to pick each others calls up, however if for example 1234 is being rung, all other 3 members want to see the CLI before picking the call up.

Cheers

A ring all ring group should do the trick.

Thanks for the reply. They want to be able to pick each others calls up seeing the CLI of the ringing device. would a ring group do this. All sets have DDI so basically if one members DDI rings, the members of the group should be able to see the CLI on the display of the ringing extension, giving them the option to pick up or not.

Cheers

I have two phones at my desk.
My primary phone (Navigator) is set as key appearances on my second phone (5340).
When a call comes into my primary phone the second phone also rings and shows the Caller ID.
I'm running MCD 4.2

They are using 5320 handsets, i guess i could programme up some keys, using 4 keys to achieve this is not the best but if its the only way, then i guess its the only way.

Thanks

can also use a multicall and set the COS option 'display caller ID on multicall/keylines' to YES.
