Sorry about the lack of information in my previous post. The version of the software is 9.0.1.17. As for the controller, it is a Mitel Network 3300 ICP MX CONROLLER 50004190.
As for the errors, we are not getting any alarms from the system, however, our phones have been unable to make or receive calls. When this happens the phones have no dial tone. Since, we were having this issue, I looked at the maintenance logs to see if there was an issue. This is when I noticed those two errors repeated about every minute or two.
