Number showing up as Unknown

Hi there
a user here when calling outside of work has a problem where her calls are showing "unknown".
Any idea what it could be? Internally her number displays her name and number correctly. But when she calls outbound it shows as "Unknown". Any suggestions?

I would check what number she is sending outbound and talk with the carrier sounds like they might have that set in their switch. Try a cpn substitution to a working number and see if it changes would be an easy way to tell if it is a carrier issue.
