I have a customer who was sold a Mitel system on the basis that they could use UC Express on their Terminal server and have it connect to their CRM on said Terminal server via TAPI. The salesman has since disappeared and I have to make it work
UC Express connects to this CRM just fine via TAPI on regular desktops, but I've found that TAPI and Terminal Server don't mix. Is there any way that you know of where the customer can have UC Express lookup contact information from a CRM without using 1st-party TAPI? Anyone ever gotten it working with 3rd-party TAPI?
