So i came into work this morning and the time on the phone system was 3:19. This was at 9am and by about 930 it was still saying 3:19 so i checked to see if it was working.
It appears i can make outgoing calls but we cannot receive any. If i call the number the phone just rings on the phone im calling on but the mitel system does not respond at all. no auto queue or ringing. What would cause this and how can i reboot it/fix the problem. I cannot provide a service to any of my customers!
