It looks like a network issue to me.
The phones can't see the 3300 so it reboots.

What model of phone?
What version of 3300 softphone?
Are the phones on the same subnet as the 3300?
Does it happen just after making/receiving a call?

There's a heartbeat sent from phone to 3300 and 3300 to phone.  If these heartbeats fail X amount of times then the phone reboots to try and re-establish communication.

Sounds more like a network issue, unless it's isolated to specific sets, it could be phone sets or cabling [doubtful] problem.

Question is also what model sets. Could be multiple things on the network such as under powered switch, cabling, set nic, and icmp redirects these are just a few of the many things.

It might pay to check to see if the handsets are using more power than what the switch can dish out. If it is the case you might need to distribute the load of the PoE phones over a couple of switches, or look at what is consuming so much power on the switch.

@martyn,
I've seen that on an Adtran.   Too much power draw.
An Adtran firmware upgrade resolved.
