Mitel 3300 mxe Blank calls

Hi All,

We have a Mitel 3300 Mxe with software release 8.0 installed in our office.We are having 30 analog incoming lines,but the problem is our operator recieves lots of empty or blank calls.

So can some one help me in this case.

Need to clarify, by empty or blank do you mean the phone rings and no-one is there?

yes exactly phone rings but nobody was there, Sorry I forgot to add a apoint it is happening when operator Absent, we are routng all calls to security, now he is pissed off.

Chakara:
  I would give a guess that you have some bad trunks.  Have you tested them all with a butset?
