SMDR option assignments
« on: July 07, 2011, 12:35:15 PM »
We were having some issues with the call reporting on one of our 3300s using Prairie Fyre.  Only incoming calls were being recorded.
Anyhow...I was looking at the form SMDR Option assignements and saw that report internal and report outgoing calls were not set to YES.  I changed it and now get that data in my report.

But this opened up a can of worms...I noticed all other options were set to NO. (something changed the other day).

I complied a spreadsheet of all my 3300s and the SMDR options, and noticed...they are all basically the same other than this one branch.

Is it safe to assume i can make these settings on this one 3300 to match all the others?  Or can something go drastically wrong with this decision? Please see attached PDF to see settings.

Lastly... Where do i find system identifcation number?  This one switch is set to 0

Thanks

-Evan

Can't see what would be a problem in having all switches match.
I'd make the change and then do a test report the next day.

The system ID is found in the system options form.
