Like everything else you must purchase licensing to unlock features.

HI thanks for this - However even though we have purchased the "contact centre enterprise edition" im now being told by our providers it doesnt automatically include Multimedia contact centre, interactive contact centre or visual queue...  we have to pay for these separate..
I think I may go to Mitel and question this..

Thanks

Any options you want to add are a la carte.

Not all of those options are chargable, but most you mentioned are.

Everyone uses the Cisco model now.  Pay for what features you want to activate.

We had this recently with a customer of ours who had a quote from us for 5.7 CCM & MMC but by the time he came to order 5.8 was GA and the new licensing modle was active. This meant that, as MMC is part of the 'premium' feature set , the cost was now more expensive than the previous quote but PF maintain that you get more for your money.

It is all based around your starter pack which limits what features you can use. If you buy the Premium Starter Pack and additional premium agent licenses you can use pretty much every feature on the CCM/MMC including screenpop, phoneset manager and all MMC medium types.
