We have a new Mitel system and the person who installed the system swears up and down that the mail server is why voicemails are not being emailed. I logged into the WebAdmin for the system and looked at the Voicemail logs:

My guess is these Alarms about the non-existent message_queue seem to be the issue, can anyone offer any suggestions or help with this? Thank you ahead of time!
