Teleworker phone no labels on soft keys

Hi,

I have a user working from home using 5320. The phone is setup as a teleworker and connects to our Border Gateway.

The phone functions ok, but there are no labels are displayed on any of the soft keys. The functionality of the key however works.

I dont see anything in our firewall blocking traffic to the handset.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could try to connect this phone at the local office to see if you get the same issue. Do other teleworker users have the same problem? If not then you have chance that the problem relies on the router or firewall on site.

Verify you have the current version of TW software.
I suspect that the correct version of the binaries aren't there for the 53xx phones.
