Have 5 Agents on 3300Mxe and one of the agents when logged in takes calls but they cannot hear caller and caller cannot hear them. If you stay on the call long enough you might get short bursts of audio coming in and out. Other agents working fine. Created another agent and it works fine. Running release 7.1. Have tried agent at other ACD sets and same issue. Want to try and avoid having to reboot. Checked logs and getting alot of these errors but not sure if they are related.
