Where is the time zone programming on the 3300?
« on: February 08, 2011, 09:13:50 AM »
I assume this is a result that my time zone setting is not correct on host 3300?

(Taken from 3300 MXe Software Warning logs)
3038   2011/Feb/05   14:25:02   VPIM   CSMTPClientMsg::SendDate - Unable to get Time Zone    ipvm_smtpclientmsg.cpp;1855

3037   2011/Feb/05   14:25:02   AL -- IPVMCD   Unexpected Result->Cvm_server_tbl::GetLocalRecord() Failed to find a local record. Check the NVM Servers table to make sure that there is a local record.  Cvm_server_tbl.cpp;868

Thank you in advance...
Terry

there is no time zone programming in general that I am aware of. However, what these maintenance logs seem to be refering to is timezone setting for voicemail. I am presuming you have the email function set up on embedded vmail?
If so check the 'Network Voicemail Server' form and make sure there is a entry for the local PBX including the correct timezone for the system location.

I dont have one in front of me so I cant tell you exactly where but I think you have to build a local voicemail system in the network voicemail form from there you can set the time zone

In newer releases it is now in date and time under the system settings.

Excellent! I am looking into the form now. We use internal for call recording and external (NuPoint) for corporate use. There is NO entry in the form as of this update.

Thank you,
Terry.

if you are set to email the recording from the internal vmail then this is what is causing the issue. Add the local entry in Networked VM servers
