We just installed a Mitel system recently.
We have Unified Communicator Advanced installed on all users PCs.
The Corporate Contacts contact list looks useful since in syncs with AD LDAP.
But the only contacst that display in it currently are the users with extensions, as opposed to users with mailboxes only. SO we have 40 users, but only 25 show up in Corporate Contacts. It seems logical UCA would pick p all of the contacts out of AD. EVen better would be all added contacts in AD besides users.
Sure each separate user can use a PIM (Outlook) to add contacts, but we should have some way to add additional contacts to the Corporate Contacts.
Any tips?
